Talk to a licensed ROMA technician

Phone or email are the only ways to reach us, and both go straight to ROMA’s team in Burnaby.

What to put in your email

  • Your city and type of home (house, townhouse, condo)
  • What heats the home now, and roughly how old it is
  • The upgrade you’re considering, if you know
  • Whether the household might be income-qualified
  • A photo of the furnace or water heater rating plate (optional)
  • The best number and time to reach you

What happens next

  1. A licensed ROMA technician reviews your situation against every current BC program.
  2. You hear back which programs fit, roughly what each should pay and what has to be done before the install.
  3. If you want, ROMA provides a free flat-rate estimate for qualifying equipment.
  4. You apply for your rebate using our document checklist.

Phone and email only: no forms, no chatbots, no data collection. ROMA Rebates is a sub-brand of ROMA Heating & Cooling (romaheating.ca).

Contact questions

Why only phone and email?
Because rebate questions depend on your house, and a short conversation beats a form. Calls and emails go straight to ROMA’s team, and this website stores nothing.
Is the rebate check really free?
Yes. Checking which BC rebates fit your home costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you then want a price, ROMA’s estimates on new installations are free and flat-rate.
Can you apply for the rebate for me?
The homeowner submits the application, but we tell you exactly which documents you need, complete the contractor’s part (commissioning and photos) when we install, and answer questions while you apply.
Which areas do you serve?
ROMA installs across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Tsawwassen, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam. Anyone in BC is welcome to call or email with rebate questions.
What should I have ready?
Your city, what heats the house now and roughly how old it is, the upgrade you’re considering, and whether the household might be income-qualified. A photo of the rating plate helps if you email.

Rather talk it through?

A quick call usually settles it. Phone ROMA at (604) 704-0300, or write to info@romaheating.ca.
